The following is part of the Anomalous Medical Subscription Agreement Section 1 Item B. This Agreement does not allow you to exploit software product identified herein (the ”Software”) or the accompanying printed material and User Manual (the ”Documentation”), if any or any of its parts for any commercial purpose (together Software and Documentation shall be referenced as “Licensed Program”). Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement or by any other express written consent of Anomalous, you shall not display, modify, reproduce or distribute any part or portion of the Software, nor any related product or documentation if any. No part of the Software or any of its images may be used for any purpose other than internal use for staff training, personal education, or patient education. Notwithstanding, Company grants Subscriber the right for one user to use the Software, copy its images, content and documentation in connection with their own website, personal live lectures and/or their own promotional materials, subject to all terms and conditions provided herein and provided none of such use is associated with a competitor or Company (as determined in Company’s sole discretion). All copies must bear the Anomalous Medical copyright notice, “© Anomalous Medical, LLC, 20__” and retain all logos, backgrounds and other marks that identify the source as originating with Company. No trademark, patent or copyright markings may be removed from the software or any copies of images or other content produced from it. You shall not, for any reason use the Software or Documentation in any product such as a book, video, website using graphics to provide a tour of the human body or any other software product.
